We sell directly only to retail outlets. Please be sure to include store information and the name of your sales representative on the order form.
If you are a first-time customer, we need a resale number or Tax ID Number, along with credit card information (MasterCard or Visa) for the first order. Minimum first-time order is $100. If you wish net 30 on subsequent orders. please fax a credit sheet to us.
